Kroger is giving away 92,000 pints of free ice cream — that’s 1,000 free pints for each of summer’s 92 days!
Starting at noon ET Friday, June 20, this link will go live, where you can claim a digital coupon for one free pint, including new flavors and fan favorite flavors.
Here’s how to get the coupon:
- Once you are on the website, scroll down to the blue section that says “Get a Free Pint of Kroger Brand Ice Cream.”
- Click the button that says “Sign In To Clip.” You will need to sign in to your Kroger account — or create one.
- Once signed in, click the button that says “Clip.”
- The coupon for a free pint of Kroger Brand Ice Cream of any variety will appear in the “My Coupons” section of your account.
- To use the digital coupon, you’ll want to purchase the item like you normally would.
- If you’re buying in the store, scan your Kroger Shopper’s Card or enter your alternate ID at the register.
- The discount will automatically be applied to your purchase.
The coupon can be redeemed at Kroger stores from June 20 through July 4.
Kroger’s new Summer in a Pint collection includes the following (descriptions provided by Kroger):
- Italian Style Summer Fizz: Blood orange sherbet with popping candy clusters and a citrusy ribbon, inspired by carefree moments on the European coast.
- Fireside Nights: Toasted marshmallow ice cream with s’mores pieces and a glittering orange swirl that channels golden hour by the campfire.
- Sandy Shores: Coconut ice cream swirled with sweet and salty pretzel crunch, reminiscent of tropical waters and laid-back beach days.

Poolside Tan Lines: Swirls of vanilla bean, chocolate, and coffee ice creams that mimic sun-kissed afternoons by the pool — no SPF needed.
The free ice cream pint promotion is valid in all U.S. states except California, Colorado, Louisiana, Nevada and Tennessee.
