The Comus Inn is a historic restaurant and event venue located in Dickerson, Maryland, at the base of Sugarloaf Mountain. Established in 1862, the inn has a rich history, originally serving as a stop for travelers and a general store for the local community. Now, it’s launching an ice cream counter on June 12th.
In a social media post on Friday, June 6th, the Comus In shared, “Just a little scoop of what’s coming…
The Comus Ice Cream Window opens June 12! We’re swirling up new milkshakes, crafting creamy treats, and getting ready to make your summer a little sweeter. Stay cool it’s almost time.”
Comus Inn reopened under new ownership in April 2024 and was joined by the Vanish Beer/Wine Garden the following month. Its picturesque setting and rustic charm have made it a popular destination for dining and special occasions for generations.
