Popular Ice Cream Shop Thrilled To Reopen In Bozeman
Before we get into the details, let’s talk about all of the reasons why ice cream is amazing.
First, ice cream is the ultimate comfort food. It comes in a variety of delicious flavors, so you can always find something new to try. You can also cover it with all of your favorite toppings and customize it to your liking.
In February, one of Bozeman’s longtime ice cream shops closed, and locals were devastated. However, it appears that there’s some good news to share. There’s another option for ice cream in downtown Bozeman.
Airstream Ice Cream
Located on the patio of the Lark Hotel, you’ll find Airstream Ice Cream. It’s located inside a renovated Airstream camp trailer, which is a local landmark. All of the ice cream is made with locally sourced ingredients, and is available in small-batch scoops, cups, and cones.
The ice cream comes from Genuine Ice Cream, a locally owned business with a variety of different flavors and toppings. I’m a big fan of the huckleberry! Airstream Ice Cream will be opening soon for the summer season, so be sure to stop by!
Ice cream brings back nostalgic childhood memories. I’ll never forget hearing the ice cream truck, and digging into my piggy bank to get enough money to buy something. Sometimes I even had to chase it down the street.
Airstream Ice Cream is scheduled to open for the season on Thursday, May 1, and will be open Thursday-Sunday from 2PM-9PM.
