Many of you remember the fun had at the Weimar satellite location, and we can’t wait to bring that excitement to Schulenburg. Get your competitive spirit ready. After the trivia challenge, Sandy Anderson from True Care Living will join to call bingo games.
Tuesday, May 13 is a special day in Flatonia. Senior Connections will host the ice cream social and membership drive. Join at the Flatonia Methodist Church, where doors open at 9 a.m. Chair exercises begin at 9:45 a.m. Come early to grab a seat. Those coming for the delicious meal should arrive early. The day’s highlight begins at noon with the ice cream social and membership drive. There will be plenty of prizes for lucky winners; bringing a guest will give you extra chances to win. New members will also have a chance to win special prizes.

On Wednesday, May 14 a packed house awaits. Back in Schulenburg, Senior Connections is ready for another exciting day. Enjoy brisket and sausage from City Market, along with potato salad and beans prepared by wonderful volunteers. Desserts will come from lovely members, which is genuinely appreciated. While the usual bingo caller, Chyla, is unavailable, we are confident we will find a community member to step in.
On Friday, May 16 Artful Fridays continues. Join Jamie Janda for the Art Journals project from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. followed by a great lunch.
