Third Time Ice Cream to Open Brick-and Mortar Shop in East Somerville

It looks like a local ice cream business known for its pop-ups will be opening a permanent space sometime this year.

According to an article from Boston Magazine, Third Time Ice Cream is planning to open a brick-and-mortar shop at an as-of-yet undisclosed location in East Somerville, with an Instagram post from the business saying the following:

As some of you know, we’re headed for a permanent home in East Somerville–a home with tables, and chairs, and a patio, and coffee, and breakfast, and lunch, all while still offering our unique take on ice cream. So we reached out to our friends at Tilde and they have generously offered to be our home away from home for a little bit!

Third Time Ice Cream Founder Nick Ladin-Sienne, who comes from such restaurants as Oleana, Sofra, and Puritan + Co., brought the business (as a temporary residence) to Somerville’s Bow Market last fall.
