The popular family-run business currently has shops in Mauchline and Stewarton.
It serves fresh handmade ice cream made in small batches using milk from their very own cows.
From April 8, customers can enjoy their favourite frozen treats six days a week.
New opening hours are Tuesday to Friday from 1pm to 9pm, and weekends from 12pm to 9pm.
The shops remain closed on Mondays.
