Blue Bell is located in Brenham, Texas was founded back in 1907. For the past 118 years, they have put smiles on the faces of kids and adults alike with their famous ice cream and their unique flavors.
Blue Bell Creameries Recalls All Products After Listeria Contamination
Did you know that when the company started, is made ice cream but they also made butter as well? That’s right, Blue Bell used to have its brand of butter, but in the mid-1950s, it discontinued its butter production and started expanding its ice cream products.
The company quickly expanded to the entire state of Texas and then expanded further into the Southern United States. If you grew up in the South or Louisiana, or Texas, then Blue Bell ice cream is the only brand you ever really knew.

Blue Bell comes out with delicious ice cream and some unique flavors like Strawberry Toaster Pastry Ice Cream, which came out earlier this year in January, and then the Banana Fudge, which came out in March 2025.

Now they have released their fan favorite, Blue Bell’s Cookie Cake ice cream. The company describes the ice cream as a cookie that tastes like cake. Blue Bell went on to say,
It’s a sweet cream ice cream loaded with chocolate chip cookie pieces and swirls of chocolate and vanilla icing. —Blue Bell
