Summer and ice cream go hand-in-hand. While it’s technically not officially summer yet, we have three new flavors of ice cream to try.
Getting ice cream is one of the simple pleasures of summer. It doesn’t matter if you like it in a dish or in a cone; it’s one of those things you have to do before summer is over. So, clear out some space in your freezers. Get rid of all those frozen vegetables and make room for the new ice cream that is available from Perry’s Ice Cream!
They announced that we are getting three brand new flavors to cool our palate this summer.
Cherry Pie
This one is going to be hard to resist for me. I’m a huge cherry pie fan. It’s made with cherry ice cream and swirled with cherry and graham cracker swirls. They say it’s “All the deliciousness of cherry pie packed into every scoop, none of the baking required!”
Lemon Meringue Pie
Another favorite dessert menu item. This one is made with lemon and meringue swirled ice cream with pie crust pieces mixed in. They describe this one as “A frozen twist on a classic dessert, every spoonful of this refreshing flavor is packed with the lemony pie-filled goodness you know and love!”
Nutty Sundae Ice Cream Bars
This one is more of a novelty from the looks of things. It’s a vanilla ice cream bar with fudge coated waffle cone pieces and chopped peanuts in a chocolate flavored coating. It’s essentially the Nutty Sundae Cone reimagined. They describe them as “the perfect balance of creamy and crunchy in every bite.”
There will also be three new flavors that you can only get at scoop shops
There are also some new flavors that will only be coming to your favorite ice cream parlor or scoop shop. They include: Blueberry Cornbread (Honey ice cream with blueberry swirls and cornbread pieces), Lavender Dream (Lavender vanilla ice cream with blackberry swirls), and the NutHouse (Sea salt caramel ice cream with brownie batter swirls and peanut butter cookie dough).
