SYRACUSE, N.Y. — A Perry’s Ice Cream truck hit the Park Street Bridge on Monday evening, causing traffic to be reduced to two lanes.
The truck was heading to Syracuse from Liverpool.
Both the Department of Transportation and the Syracuse Police Department responded to the incident.
