JACKSON, MI – A famous Jackson eatery has a new owner, who hopes to make some changes, but keep the same classic feel.
Scott Pienta, owner of boutique HMN Style in downtown Jackson, has taken over The Parlour of Jackson, just months after he purchased Jackson Coney Island. Pienta gained ownership of the historic eatery last week, aiming to restore it to its former glory, he said.
