Polly’s Ice Cream & Espresso, a new shop located at 715 Fetters Mill Square in Huntingdon Valley, will host a springtime “Living Local” event on Sunday, May 4 from 1:00pm – 4:00pm.
The afternoon will include ice cream, face painting, giveaways, music, a Phillies tickets raffle, and more.
The Huntingdon Valley Business Network, the event’s sponsor, will be present as well.
According to the Lower Bucks Times, on Thursday, May 8 the shop will be giving away their new 4th Street Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches to the first 100 customers in honor of World Ovarian Cancer Awareness Day.
“My grandmother Polly, whom the shop is named after, passed away from ovarian cancer in 1992. She was just 58 years old, so bringing awareness about the disease is very important to me,” owner Julia Bailey told The Times.

A portion of Polly’s year-end sales will be donated to Sandy Rollman Ovarian Cancer Foundation, a local non-profit, and to the Huntingdon Valley Fire Company.
The shop first opened in September 2024 at the former location of Hick’s Old Fashioned Ice Cream Parlor in Lower Moreland Township.
Hours:
- Wednesday – Saturday | 1:00 – 9:00
- Sunday | 1:00 – 8:00
